In order to protect the health and safety of employees and students, those who access Pasco County School locations must self-screen for symptoms and other risk factors of COVID-19.  If you answer yes to any of the questions, you should NOT be on a school campus or in a district office.  The screeners are accessible on our Covid-19 Screeners page.  Additional information about COVID-19 can be found in the district’s Covid Daily Report , COVID protocols, and Learning From Home Resource guide.

COVID Testing Site:

Due to the decline in the need for COVID testing, the Nomi Health COVID testing site at the District Office in Land O’Lakes will no longer be testing on the weekend, the site will be open 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Reminders:

  • Currently the testing site will be administering a COVID PCR test rather than COVID Rapid Antigen test that had been administered previously. Results from a PCR test can be expected to take at least 24 hours. The decision to change the type of test was made by NOMI Heath, not Pasco County Schools.
  • Testing will continue to be free for staff, students, and community members. Staff and students must remain off campus while awaiting test results. After receiving a negative COVID test, individuals may return to work.
  • Additional COVID testing options are still available in Pasco County. The Florida Department of Health of Pasco County has provided an up-to-date list of additional testing sites in Pasco County.
